With the rope in Dizzy's hands, stand under the hook on the left of the gap and press B: Dizzy swings across. Land on the ledge and pick up Dylan's door key.
Why it works
Each hook has its own swing (its length and arc). With the rope carried, B under a hook starts it, and Dizzy lets go at the far end of the swing.
