Pick up the key for Dylan's elevator on the fourth floor's right side, carry it to the elevator on the fifth floor (by Dylan's hut) and drop it in the middle of the car. Stand in the middle: the elevator only carries Dizzy when he's clear of the floor on both sides of its shaft.
