Pick up the one ton weight (fifth floor, right of Dylan's elevator; the ledge it's on is a one-way pocket: drop down to the fourth floor and ride Dylan's elevator back up). Carry it up to the sixth floor and drop it on the passage: it opens, and Dizzy can climb on to Dozy's floor.
