The bubble trench
At the bottom of the sea, a trench full of rising bubbles, with ten stars and an oxygen gauge running down.

The bubbles carry Dizzy up; jumping from one to the next is the way around. The oxygen fills up again near the top.
Nudge 2A stronger push
Take the deepest stars first, while the oxygen is full, and come back up for air.

Ride and jump the bubbles to each star in turn (all ten count towards the 250), go up to the surface whenever the gauge runs low, and leave by the top right. Dizzy comes out on Carber Bay's beach, right next to the aqua lung.
