It takes three things, each thrown into the big cauldron by the juggling Yolkfolk: something to put the medicine in, a plant with a star in it, and something red and white from Silver Stream.

The bottle is on the fourth floor; the plant grows on the third floor, high up; the mushroom grows by Silver Stream.

Bring the empty medicine bottle, the magical star plant and the red and white mushroom. Stand by the cauldron and drop them one by one: each is tossed into the pot. After the third, a full bottle of medicine flies back to Dizzy. Drop it beside Grand Dizzy: "Grand Dizzy's eyes light up as he drinks the medicine. He offers you the treasured golden egg he found in the diamond mine." Stand to the right of the egg and press B to take it (from the left, B talks to Grand Dizzy instead).
Why it works
The juggler's throws are counted: the third one sends the medicine back instead of keeping it.
