The clouds give way
At the top of the beanstalk, Dizzy stands on soft white clouds that slowly swallow him if he stands still, and the castle is somewhere above.
Nudge 1Where to look
Keep moving, and climb. Only the right half of the sky leads up to the castle: the left half only lets you fall back to the grasslands.
Nudge 2A stronger push
Step from cloud to cloud, up and to the left, then back along the higher clouds to the right, to the highest cloud of all on the far right. Jump up from it.

From the beanstalk's top, hop left over the low clouds, up to the cloud a little higher on the left, up again to the long clouds near the top, and right along them to the high cloud at the far right. From there a jump straight up takes Dizzy into the castle's own clouds. Falling is never fatal: the grasslands are below, and the beanstalk is still there.
